With the Verizon logo on the store I did not realize the this is actually Victra. Found that out when I called Verizon and Verizon said I would have to go back to the store to resolve my issue....

Extremely rude service. I actually went in to change over my service but forget that. I have 1000 options. I will not choose to support a business that is overtly rude to its customers.
