Had to wait eternally ended up calling customer service myself and activating my new phone.
On 5/21 Verizon's wecare@victra.com responded on YELP and to my email account. They said they'd contact me within 72 business hours. It's 5/28 and I've not heard back from. So now I'm calling them.
We made an appointment to go switch over and they had ZERO regard for time, we came in at 11 and we weren't helped with till 1:30 took them 5 hours to open 7 lines... it wasn't even set up...
