Service is overpriced. Reliability stinks. Customer service is terrible if you can get someone in the phone! I am researching other options.

I've tried for over an hour to speak to someone about a bogus bill. I don't have service with Verizon, yet I received a bill for $119.72.

They have no common sense how did I go in to purchase a phone and he turned switches the wrong phone numbers get new workers. I can't believe the lack of common sense at this store.

They'll just say whatever to get you out. Not trying to help. One of the workers gets mad and has an attitude. If you really need help call customer service they'll give you better service than...
