I was trying to call in to check inventory on a particular phone, but they make it practically impossible to get through to somebody at the store. Ridiculous phone tree.

The lady at the front desk was very disrespectful and not helpful at all. Didn't show any appreciation for customers! Makes me want to change my provider asap
