I have had the most trouble trying to understand this entire process and it has been impossible to get results. I have done everything asked of me and am still waiting for even a phone call back....

Do not use these people. They will have you fill out the same forms 3 times. Then lose them again and then not answer when you try and get things resolved. I want my 2400$ back

I have been trying to get my tax problems resolved for at least 4 yrs. I will admit that a lot of this is my fault. I have recently 4 times left message and my phone number for call back....
