History

We are 2014 Ventura County's Readers Choice favorite Tattoo and piercing parlor. Prior to 2010, Ventura Tattoo and Piercing was High Class Tattoo. After many years of traveling the greater United States honing his Tattooing and art skills, Robert Hill returned Home to Ventura Country to Buy High Class Tattoo. Through a series of events, Robert took ownership of then High Class Tattoo and changed the name to the now Ventura Tattoo. Along the way Robert has managed to gather some of the best tattoo artists on the west coat to work at his studio. After 25 years, a bit of hard work and some great tattoos, Rob and the crew has established Ventura Tattoo as Ventura Counties #1 shop, the rest you could say is history.

Tattoo cleanliness, creativity and craftsmanship. We are Ventura's premier tattoo and piercing studio. We uphold our studio to the strictest standards, with high quality equipment, industry-leading techniques, experienced artists, and a sterile work environment. We are located across the street from Ventura High School. Walk-ins are welcome. We are a fully licensed and certified shop in the city of Ventura. For piercings, we currently carry only threadless or internally threaded implant grade (ASTM F136 6Al-4V ELI) titanium, gold and niobium, no stainless steel or externally threaded jewelry is ever used. We have accounts with some of the highest quality jewelry companies in the industry such as Anatometal, Neometal, Body Circle, Junipurr, BVLA, Gorilla Glass, Leroi and many others.
