Bill Gray graduated with high honors from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration accounting concentration in 1983. In 1987 he completed his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, at the University of San Francisco School of Law and passed the bar exam that same year. Bill practiced law for several years and obtained his Real Estate Brokers License in 1991. In 1994 Bill started at Barber Automotive Group eventually becoming its Vice President and General Manager.
