History

Established in 2008, Velvet Circus brings all of the elements of Kiva H --professionally known as Sheila Starr Siani-- and her performance art under one roof. Specializing in all that is sexy, sparkly and seductive, Sheila strives to bring the elements of ethnic dance movements into the art of tease one hip shake and shimmy at a time. The Velvet Circus Dance Den is where she'll show you how.
