VEDC is a national non-profit business development organization with a 41-year history of changing small business lending & education. As a Certified Community Development Financial institution (CDFI), our mission is to create jobs through small business development in under-served communities. We provide loans and educational assistance to local small businesses, particularly those owned by women and minorities who don't qualify for traditional financing.
