SCAM. They make up prices on the spot, sell cheap quality jewelry. They will rip you off and not keep their word on trade in value.

Place is a scam- like other reviews mentioned. they make up prices, they tell u the price is 3k and they can give it to you 50%off ... I'm just glad that I stuck with buying something cheap...
