I lived here for about 6 years, from 1 bedroom, to 2br, and back to 1bdr. Price has been fair to market throughout. I hear people complaining about cockroaches but I never really had that problem....

Do not rent at valley view, every year they've increased the rent, maintenance takes so long to fix anything. The laundry room is so disgusting the washer machine and dryers constantly broken....
