System has been down for at least 3 weeks. I keep trying to call and get an appointment and they don't even answer or give info on when the system will be back up. Very frustrating

This company does not make appointments . The wait is extremely uncomfortable with an overflow of patients waiting. The staff is rude and spends their time laughing and talking with one another.
