Went for an X-ray and it's been 2 days now and they have not sent the result to my doctor while I'm in so much pain. Called them about 3x and they kept saying they would send it but still hasn't....

Called to ask a simple question. Put on hold for over 40 minutes. I ended up hanging up. Super cool that you can't even make an appointment.
