Apparel News is a weekly newspaper, published every Friday from Los Angeles and can also be accessed online. It carries news coverage, editorial content, four selected stories on topics such as fashion and news, special reports and information on industry-related events for the month ahead. It also features an international trade show calendar, links to hundreds of industry sites in 33 categories and various advertisements. The publication offers subscribers links to its archives that contain editorial stories posted earlier. Apparel News is available at all major newsstands throughout California.

Founded in 1978, News Publishers' Press is an open web printing company that specializes in printing community, trade, school and special interest newspapers. Based in Glendale, Calif., it caters to small market publishers and newspapers with its prepress, printing, binding and mailing services. In addition, the company also owns and publishes Graphic Arts Directory, an annual publication that lists graphic arts concerns for Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and the Inland Empire.
