Just because one driver is a jerk you shouldn't penalize the whole company... There are also a couple of very professional drivers at Valley Cab. They usually are on time if not early to calls....

A driver represents his/her company. Car 0808 at Walnut Creek BART was littering while waiting for fares. We refuse to take Valley Cab Company after we witnessed this.
