worst costumer service ..... I have a 16 units apartments but charging me 20 units. It is more then a year to try to solve the problem - no success . I have to take legal action
Not that this matters; as we don't have a say in our water department; but I am very dissatisfied with the Vallejo water department; I called them this morning and a nice lady answered and I asked...
Is it just me or are there costs heck of high? I have other properties with water bills. They are about half the price of this company. Went down to the local office and employees are super nice...
Worst customer service............ won't answer phone calls, emails, or return voice mails. even tried to email the director, still no answer!!!
