History

Valencia's Crem De La Crem is a family business that was inspired from our upbringing in Michoacan, Mexico. When we were younger our favorite thing to do in our town of Cotija was to walk to the plaza. Our plaza was lined with shops and street vendors selling fresh, handmade food with ingredients sourced from local farms. Our favorite shop was the paleteria (popsicle & ice cream shop), when we walked through the doors our eyes were filled with what seemed like hundreds of gourmet popsicles and ice cream flavors. Today our shop is inspired by our childhood memories of that paleteria and our mission is to bring these gourmet, natural popsicle and ice cream flavors to you.
