Something is happening on the 3rd Saturday of every month downtown, across the street from Vacaville High, at St. Pauls’ Methodist Church. It’s like an outdoor Vintage Pop-up Market, located on the corner of West Street and E. Monte Vista Ave at St Paul’s parking lot.
