Elk Grove is a city in Sacramento that is located just south of the main hub of the city. It is considered a part of the metropolitan Sacramento area. It is more suburb in nature with many single-family homes, townhomes and the like located in the area. However, this does not mean that these homes are not being rented, they are. Many people who own homes here decide to rent these once they are ready to move on or even move into a bigger home in the area. And there are tons of renters looking to live in a nice, quiet suburb that is not far from the city.
