Bought a pre packed sandwich they make took one bite and found a small cockroach in the sandwich absolutely disgusting.

Hispanic lady Who is usually there is very rude, they don't even know how to make Boba, very icy, literal chunks of ice (see photo). on top of that they're doing to just taste old and everything...

As the other couple of reviews have already noted: it's open 24/7. That's the kicker. For the most part, no matter what time you go, there seems to be fresh donuts - or at least, they're kept...
