Thank you to the man that handles passports. He took us half hour early (our appt was 1230) and was quick and very nice. He even complimented me for raising a gentleman (my son is 26) .

I'm not getting any my personal mail more than 2 weeks, (how it's possible)? Whole building not only me ! How ??? staff told me in your building mail boxes are broken but it's looks like...

Still a horrible place. One of the employees had a very condescending attitude and couldn't care less.

Never have enough people that work here. You end up waiting forever.Worse than the DMV. Do better! Hire more people!
