I was sent to this location from the Redlands branch.... I'm trying to renew my passport... each branch gives me a little bit of information... but mostly a run around....today the young lady...

2pm Friday Jan 10th. One person working window and 22 people in line!!!! Wtf! Govt out of control!!! All on vacation or feigning sickness. Imagine if that was your company!

Their employees steal packages and their "insurance" is a joke. Half of my packages have been lost or stolen with no help from them. They never even got out of Redlands. Use FedEx.
