What could improve besides the unfriendly staff? Well how about scrubbing the whole place clean with bleach and mold remover?! It's the dirtiest and stinkiest post office I had ever gone to....

Very rude and impatient employee. Middle eastern man in his 40-50s. Slow, inefficient, rude, basically a perfect stereotype of a slug civil service employee.
