First off, they don't answer their phones here, for when you have had a problem receiving your mail and need to speak to someone. So, I had to call the 1-800 number and wait 22 minutes to speak...

Never know where anything is, never answer the phone, it's an awful post office. If you schedule for redelivery it won't be redelivered, if you call to ask where something is they won't know or...

Friendly and efficient. The only con is that the PO Box portal has limited hours during the week, even less on Saturday and not open on Sundays
