those checks u get in the mail dont use em. they charge a 4.9% fee. i didnt read the fine print, which, i am sure theyre counting on. wrote a check for $1,000, they charged me a $50 transaction...

The teller and client relation consultant named Lisa Genzel was extremely rude to me, she told me why didn't I just use the atm when I came into the branch to get exact cash to pay my hairdresser....
