I would give them 0 starts if I could. US Bank is the WORST bank I have ever dealt with. The tellers are nice but that is where it ends because they have no power to do anything for the customer....

I have mixed feelings about this bank, but sometimes I regret getting my car refianced, but I did save from 5.9% APR to 3.75 APR, so I saved $2000.00 on interest which is very nice....
