US Bank is great. That being said, this branch is terrible. I wish they would reopen the Main and Chapman branch and close this one down instead. They were always so friendly and helpful there....

GEORGE is not helpful at all. Usually all the people at us bank are very polite and helpful with over draft fees etc. George didn't seem very helpful one bit. Highly encouraged to switch banks...

Jamie was extremely helpful and fast in depositing my check and helping me get a canceled check for my direct deposit papers. I will definitely be using this branch as long as I'm in Orange.
