This is my favorite bank because everyone here is always so nice to me. Their dog treats are great! And, my human companion told me that he gets excellent service here as a customer. Five stars!

So I walk in the branch at 330 pm on a weekday and there is no line. A lady from her desk yells over "welcome and I will help you in a moment" and proceeds to file paperwork. She is still doing...

Thank you for the resolution. I did receive my money back, and just for clarification, this was at the Lafayette branch. I would be careful with that machine - it's pretty old!

Plenty of parking, usually no wait to talk to a friendly banker. Conveniently located in downtown Lafayette. Don't close any more branches!
