Worst customer service. i've been to other US Bank branches. This one is a joke. Don't bother going in there. rude people, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.

Disappointing customer service. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. The tellers are abrupt and either cannot answer questions or do not care to take the time. Very rushed. Will be changing banks....
