History

I have been a mortgage loan originator since 2001. My first few years I was working at a loan broker and that is where I received my primary training. in 2003, I transitioned to Countrywide Home Loans/Bank Of America and worked in a call center environment completing loans in all 50 states. In 2012, I transitioned to working in a Bank of America branch at the retail level. In April of 2014, I moved to US Bank at the retail levels where I currently cover branches in Signal Hill and Long Beach, but I can work with properties within most locations in the U.S.

I am a residential mortgage loan originator that specializes in conventional and government loans including FHA, VA, high balance, jumbo, lot loans and construction to perm loans that can be for a purchase or refinance. The properties include owner, vacation and non owner rental properties (investment or income) from 1 - 4 units. We can also do home equity lines of credit (HELOC), fixed rate seconds, primary loans, and cash out loans. Whether you are looking for an agency (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) or a portfolio US Bank loan, we have many loans to fit your specific needs. I have a long track record of working with first time home buyers to very complex multi million dollar transactions.
