Love this bank, but HATE this branch. This location was turned into a US bank after being a Downey Savings (and, I believe, kept the same workers) and they closed the branch right by the freeway....

Workers including the managers are extremely rude and unhelpful. I cannot believe they get away with such poor customer service. A manager even said that she did not care if i kept my account...
