Untrained workers! Don't know or don't want to do a refund for a double charge. My 14 year old went there, bought something, paid... they said that they need to run the card again. Now my daughter...

Urban Outfitters has the worst customer service and this location takes the cake. If you like the clothes shop on the app and avoid the store.
