History

My real estate career began in the appraisal industry. After completing many (5,000+) appraisals for lenders and appraisal management companies (AMC's), I began to become very frustrated with the rules and regulations being imposed on appraisers which designated who we can talk to and what we can discuss. Often times we as appraisers are not allowed to discuss the appraisal with the homeowner. One of my passions in the appraisal industry is educating homeowners so they can make the best financial decision regarding their home. I decided to start my own appraisal firm that focuses on non-lender work so that I could work with homeowners directly and give them the information they need to make informed decisions. I wanted to put the power into the hands of the individuals that I was working for. This is a huge part of what makes my firm different. My clients tell me again and again that clarifying their questions is what they appreciate most about my business.
