I haven't had a lot of confidence in the past with dealing with UPS. And once again I had a delivery that somehow got mixed up. There's a supervisor/manager named Kamron straightened this problem...

I have a myups account and it shows that the package should be delivered between 9am and 12 pm. Signature is required. It is now 6:30pm and I've waited all day. Ups guy did stop by my house but...
