They always deliver to circle when I live on court......they NEVER read the suffix right and that is literally their job......they have been doing this for 13 years.....no one to complain...

UPS Chico puts all rural addresses on a RURAL DEFERRED schedule which means they will only deliver items on specific days of the week EVEN if the shipper had organized for the item to be delivered...
