History

My name is Janet Sheehan and I would like to introduce my company Upper Crust Sandwich Shop. At Upper Crust we are focused on delivering delicious lunches to wineries and businesses in the Napa Valley. We also offer an a la carte menu as well as customized menus depending on your needs. We procure our products from local and organic purveyors as much as possible. We strive to create as little waste as possible and only use compostable containers. Previous to starting Upper Crust I was the Chef at Pine Ridge Vineyards for three years. Before Pine Ridge Vineyards my experience includes working in the kitchen at Silver Oak Winery, Robert Mondavi and Clif Lede's Poetry Inn. I have twenty plus years of experience in the culinary field.
