At LA Spine Group, board-certified spine care specialist Sanjay Khurana, MD, provides comprehensive orthopedic care to adults at two convenient locations in Marina Del Rey and Manhattan Beach, California. Dr. Khurana began his career at the Stanford University School of Medicine in Stanford, California, followed by additional training at the University of California, Berkeley. He has special interests in spinal reconstruction, cervical spine surgery, minimally invasive microsurgery, and the treatment of scoliosis, trauma, and spine tumors. Since entering private practice, Dr. Khurana has established himself as one of the leading spine surgeons in Southern California.

Alexander E Weber, MD, is an orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist who serves patients in and around El Segundo, Beverly Hills, Glendale, and Downtown Los Angeles, California.Dr. Weber completed his bachelors degree in neuroscience and chemistry at Vassar College. He then went on to pursue his doctorate in medicine at the State University of New York (SUNY). After graduating from the program, he was selected to join an internship and residency program in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Michigan Hospital. Following his training, he pursued a fellowship in sports medicine at Rush University Medical Center.As an orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Weber is highly trained and experienced in advanced techniques and places a strong emphasis on minimally invasive procedures such as arthroscopy for conditions like meniscus tears and shoulder and hip labrum injuries. He also has special training in all types of replacement surgery, allowing him to tailor surgical care to the patients needs.He has clinical interest in biologics and cartilage restoration using solutions like PRP injections. Restoring his patients function and quality of life has always been his primary objective with treatment. He believes that its important to listen to his patients to develop effective treatment plans and help them achieve their goals, whether they need nonsurgical or surgical care.Dr. Weber is currently affiliated with Verdugo Hills Hospital, USC Care Medical Group, and the Keck Medicine of USC. He has lectured both internationally and nationally for hip arthroscopic surgery and cartilage preservation for the knee.In addition to his many accomplishments, he is a team physician for the USC Trojans and an author of several medical articles and book chapters that focus on advanced developments in orthopaedics and sports medicine.
