Unitive Consulting was created by the founder after experiencing the need of working with business and employee to support a more collaborative working environment. Conflict cost employer a lot of money in litigation, employees turnover, unproductivity, toxic environment and affects the overall moral of the culture of the company. Conflict causes health issues. Unitive Consulting empowers clients to resolve conflicts with practical, equitable solutions. We specialize in resolving workplace and interpersonal conflicts promptly, professionally, confidentiality, and with finesse. The base of our work is in the area of understanding human potential, neuroscience, performance coaching and alternative conflict resolution other than law.
