Bidada International Foundation
Bidada International Foundation is a charitable non-profit organization dedicated to providing medical and surgical treatment to patients of all ages, regardless of caste or race. The foundation is particularly known for its annual medical camp held every January in Bidada, Kutch, India, where over 20,000 patients from more than 1,200 villages receive care from around 120 U.S. doctors and 200 volunteers from Mumbai.
In addition to the medical camp, Bidada International Foundation operates an 80-bed hospital that offers various medical services year-round, serving as one of the region's key healthcare facilities. The organization also established the Jaya Rehabilitation Institute in response to the devastating 2001 Gujarat earthquake, providing critical rehabilitation services to thousands of victims.
