Picked up donations ...but had to do some sloth work to find right office/location. Location listed on card...didn't list as business registry. Then called Hayward as closest office listed....

The 3 reviews previous to mine says it all..do not be fooled by this organization. They send out the postcards but never show up for pick up. It's absolutely wrong that they're able to do this...
