Wanted to get proper training so went here. If you wanna jump rope half the time your there and hit a heavy bag for a straight hour while coaches are with there fighters then you'll love this...

I took the free intro class. Showed up at 8am for the 8am class but the owner didn't arrive til around 8:30am. The class itself was fine. Good, high energy workout but not much actual instruction....
