Uncle Vic “Vito” came to America from Sicily in 1907. As a young man, Vito worked for his family’s dairy business making cheeses while developing a love for great pizza. In honor of Uncle Vito & inspired by the great pizzerias of New York City, Uncle Vito's Slice of NY opened in Spring 2007.
