Established in 1964, the UCSF Kidney Transplant Program offers a range of medical services. It performs more than 200 kidney transplantations annually. The program provides nursing, patient evaluation and nutrition solutions. The UCSF Kidney Transplant Program also offers various pediatric and pancreas transplantation services. The program serves over 1,000 patients with kidney and renal diseases annually. In addition, it provides pre-transplant evaluation and appointment scheduling solutions. The UCSF Kidney Transplant Program offers screening and blood type testing services. It provides medication and post-transplant recovery and support solutions. The program is a part of the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
