UC San Diego Health Express Care – Downtown San Diego

Express Care at UC San Diego Health is a walk-in option for common health care needs, including coughs and colds, sore throats, ear infections, and simple fractures or sprains, as well as wellness visits for certain kinds of prescriptions or camp or school health screenings. Care is provided by board-certified nurse practitioners.

As the owner of our California-licensed psychiatric practice, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise as a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). My approach centers on creating a supportive team environment for effective treatment. My primary focus is on easing distress, building resilience, implementing holistic approaches, and nurturing lasting mental wellness for every individual in our care.
