convenient location! it's right by my house and the workers are always really friendly. the prices are cheaper than the nearby Wal-Mart and it's easy to find your munchies in the store. :-)

History
Old Alvarado is a historic landmark and the store including the building is really old but the store has been remodeled and is brand new. Mayor Green tends to drop by and loves getting the Hershey's chocolate bars. This store is legendary and is the only one on Union City blvd.
Specialties
Great customer satisfaction and cheap prices for beer, wine, and hard liquor. It is convenient because it is the only one on Union City blvd and it is completely legitimate meaning no illegal activity and we make sure the customers feel comfortable with nobody bothering them.

Best corner store in union city. Super convenient. The family is extremely nice and know us by name.
