History

The company was founded by Ralph Perkins and five years later, 1980, was purchased by Dave Clark who still is the owner today. Early in the history of the company we specialized in factoring for the Transportation industry and have retained that core specialty for over 40 years. The management of this factoring operations which consists of Ken Moore, Denise Messang, and Jessica Romero have accumulated collectively more than 100 years of experience. We are proud to say our entire team has collectively over 200 years of factoring experience. Significant expansion of factoring for all types of businesses has gone on for the last 25 years.
