My father had an appointment at 2:45. It's now 4:45 and still have not seen the doctor. What's the point of an appointment? Never have I experienced a 2 hour doc appointment.

Getting appointments for necessary medical care rarely happens. There was a time I was not even allowed to talk to my PCP. Frustrating and frightening. I'll have to go to another firm of healthcare's.
