Most banking has been seamless since it's most of the time online. On the two different occasions, where I did go into check on something I was greeted friendly and promptly an issue was resolved....

I've had good experiences at this bank. I was a member of Union Bank, and now am with US Bank which took over. Most of the same people work there. They've always been nice and courteous to me....

My bank recently merged with this bank and the transition was not smooth so I had to go into a branch to get access to my business account. I waited what seemed like forever to see the business...

Terrible customer service. My son has a check from their institute and because he doesn't have a california ID or current passport, he can not cash it. My son has a government issued...
