Was one the phone twice today where someone answered and put me on hold over 10 minutes. The first time someone said they'd call back. The second time I was on the phone on hold for 17 minutes.

"Customer Service Experience": John "helped" me on my rental day. He was rude and condescending on the phone. I could not find this place from the street, and he talked to me like an idiot...
