I'm extremely upset with the $20 charges for after hours drop off!!!!!!! I had the vehicle less than 6 hours. Unless you download the app and check it in they add an after hour charge be aware....

Acted irratated and rude to help at all than Charged us 10$ to flip the ball on a ball hitch purchased at at there store. Would strongly avoid returning to this place.

One word... RUDE!! I reserved a rental online which worked out perfectly and headed to the store to pick it up. I got there and this older gentleman who I assume is the manager/owner of the place...
